Delivery

Every Nook is delivered by our professional two-person team as standard. They’ll carefully position and fully assemble your seating in your home, so it’s ready to enjoy from the moment they leave.

Website prices include two man delivery as standard to UK mainland with the following exceptions.

Postcodes and regions not included in our delivery scope currently are: PA, PH, AB, IV, KW, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and any non mainland connected islands. Please ask our team for an individual quotation to these areas.

Please let Nook Home and our delivery partners know of any special requirements.

You are responsible for making sure that all furniture items will fit through any access points, such as doorways, stairways, hallways, lifts, and around corners, to the desired room.

On delivery day

We recommend preparing your home/space on the day of delivery.

• Ensure a clear path, moving any objects that may cause obstruction.
• Secure low-hanging light fittings.
• Set rugs in place.
• Confine pets to another room.

Assembly

Our helpful delivery team members are fully trained to assemble your Nook when it arrives at your delivery address. Assembly is simple and should take no more than 15 minutes.

Lead time

Nook products are custom-made, especially for you, and take 8-10 weeks to deliver. This may be longer during busy times but we’ll always try to keep you informed.

Once your Nook is made, you’ll receive a message from our trusted logistics partner, The Home Delivery Guys, to confirm a date and approximate time that your Nook will be delivered. This will allow you to prepare and look forward to your new purchase! 

Packaging

Our factory will carefully wrap and protect your order in our reusable packaging and quilted covers. These covers protect our products in transit from our factory directly to you and reduce our impact on the earth! We want our products to arrive in good shape, and in turn, we also want to protect our planet. 

In transit

Our delivery partner The Home Delivery Guys will carefully load your Nook pieces onto their vehicle and limit the handling of your Nook booth. Once loaded, it will transit directly from our factory to your delivery address.
