Refund and Returns Policy

At Nook, we take great pride in handcrafting each product tailored to your selected finishes in our UK factory.

Since our products are custom-made just for you, we do not keep any items in stock. For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or becomes damaged during delivery.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a manufacturing fault or is damaged when delivered, please contact us at hello@nookhome.co.uk as soon as possible. Our team are on hand to assist you and help resolve any issues quickly.

We understand that sometimes things change, so we offer a cooling-off period:
If you change your mind within 5 days of placing your order and decide not to proceed, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at hello@nookhome.co.uk, and we will issue a full refund.
